AstroAyodhya is committed to your satisfaction. This policy explains eligibility, timelines, and process for refunds across our different service types.
2.Forecast Reports

| Report delivered but significant calculation error (wrong Lagna/Rashi) | Full refund or free regeneration (your choice) |

| Incorrect birth data provided by user leading to wrong report | No refund; free recomputation if correct data is submitted |
| Service unavailable due to platform downtime > 24 hours | Full refund |
3.Acharya Consultations

| Serious technical failure on our end during session | Full refund or free rescheduling |

4.Puja Bookings

| Puja not performed due to platform/Acharya error | Full refund + ₹100 compensation credit |
| Delay in prasad delivery (within India) | No refund; we will re-dispatch |
| Prasad damaged in transit (reported within 48 hours with photo) | Full refund or re-dispatch of prasad |
5.Physical Products (Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras)

6.Membership / Subscription Plans

| Recurring auto-renewal charge — cancelled same day | Full refund of that cycle's charge |
| Platform unable to deliver promised membership benefits (e.g., WhatsApp) | Pro-rata refund for undelivered period |
7.Non-Refundable in All Cases
- Convenience fees or payment gateway processing charges
- GST amount (collected and remitted to government)
- Digital forecast reports already downloaded or accessed
- Consultations where the user did not attend (no-show)
- Orders where incorrect data was provided by the user leading to wrong output
- Any order older than 30 days from the date of transaction

How to request a refund:

- Our team will acknowledge within 48 hours
- Decision will be communicated within 5 working days

9.Consumer Protection
If you are not satisfied with our refund decision, you may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint on consumerhelpline.gov.in. You may also approach the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
