In-App Purchase & Subscription Policy

1.Overview
This policy governs in-app purchases and subscriptions within the AstroAyodhya mobile application, operated by Laraware Private Limited (CIN U62099UP2023PTC198188). It supplements our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.
2.On iOS (Apple App Store)
All digital content purchases within the iOS App are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Apple acts as the merchant of record for IAP transactions.
- Forecast Reports (Monthly ₹99 | Annual ₹199 | 3-Year ₹399 | Premium ₹499): Apple IAP
- Membership subscriptions (monthly/annual): Auto-renewable subscriptions via Apple IAP
- Apple's standard commission applies to all IAP transactions
- Manage or cancel: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AstroAyodhya
- Refunds for Apple IAP: Contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — NOT Laraware
Exempt from Apple IAP
- Physical products (gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, puja samagri)
- Real-world services: Acharya consultations, Puja bookings performed in Ayodhya
- These may be processed via Razorpay/Stripe as permitted by Apple guidelines
3.On Android (Google Play Store)
- Forecast Reports and Memberships: Google Play Billing API (digital goods)
- Acharya Consultations (real-world service): Razorpay/Stripe
- Puja Bookings (real-world service in Ayodhya): Razorpay/Stripe
- Physical Shop Products: Razorpay/Stripe
- Manage subscriptions: Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → AstroAyodhya
- Refunds for Play Store purchases: Google Play support or refund@astroayodhya.com
4.Pricing and Taxes

5.Subscription Auto-Renewal
- Membership is an auto-renewing subscription where offered
- Payment charged to Apple ID / Google Play account before each renewal
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid renewal
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current period — no mid-period refunds
- Free trial (if offered): charged at end of trial unless cancelled before
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions
6.Restore Purchases (iOS)
If you reinstall the app or switch devices, use the "Restore Purchases" option in app Settings to restore previously purchased digital content tied to your Apple ID.
7.What Is NOT Sold Via In-App Purchase
- Physical gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, and puja samagri (website checkout / Razorpay)
- Live Acharya video consultations (real-world professional service)
- Puja bookings performed at Ayodhya yagnashala (real-world service)
- Donations to Laraware Foundation - Ayodhya
