1.How to delete your account (Google Play compliant)
You can request permanent deletion of your AstroAyodhya account and associated personal data at any time. You do not need the mobile app installed to submit a request from this page.

Option A — In the Android / iOS app
- Open AstroAyodhya → Profile → Delete account
- Confirm the request in the final prompt
- You will receive an acknowledgement; deletion completes within 30 days
Option B — From this website (no login required)
- Use the request form below, or email account-deletion@astroayodhya.com
- Include the email or phone number registered with your account
- We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days

Fields are optional helpers — at least email or phone is required for us to locate your account.
Send deletion request email →Opens your email app to account-deletion@astroayodhya.com. If mail does not open, write to that address directly.
2.What is deleted

| Puja booking personal details (where legally allowed) | Deleted / anonymised |
| Push notification tokens (FCM / APNs) | Deleted |
| Cart, preferences, referral profile links | Deleted |
| Login sessions and API tokens | Revoked immediately |
3.What may be retained (legal compliance)
- GST / tax invoices and payment references — up to 7 years (Indian tax law)
- Fraud-prevention and dispute records — limited period as required by law
- Anonymised / aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
Retained financial records are kept only for legal obligations and are not used for marketing.
4.Timeline
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of a valid request
- Account access disabled: as soon as the request is verified
- Full deletion / anonymisation: within 30 days
- You will not be able to recover kundali, forecasts, or order history after deletion
