By accessing or using AstroAyodhya.com ("Platform", "Website", "Service"), you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Laraware Private Limited ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our").

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform. By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm your acceptance.

AstroAyodhya.com is a Vedic astrology platform operated by Laraware Private Limited. The Platform provides:

• Free Vedic kundali (birth chart) generation using Swiss Ephemeris and Lahiri Ayanamsa
• Daily rashifal (horoscope) for all 12 rashis
• Panchang (Hindu calendar) for multiple cities
• Free Jyotish tools — Mangal Dosha, Sade Sati, Kundali Milan, etc.
• Paid forecast reports (monthly, annual, 3-year, premium) reviewed by Brahman Acharyas
• Live video consultations with verified Brahman Acharyas from Ayodhya
• Online puja booking services conducted in Ayodhya
• Sale of spiritual products — gemstones, rudraksha, yantras, puja samagri
• Membership/subscription plans with WhatsApp delivery of daily content

• Minimum age: 13 years. Users under 13 are not permitted to use this Platform or App.
• Users aged 13–17 may use free features only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• Purchases, memberships, gemstone orders, and Acharya video consultations: 18 years and above only.
• By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts if we have reason to believe age requirements are not met.

Registration

• You may browse free content without registration.
• Account creation is required for purchases, consultations, and membership.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

Account Deletion (Mandatory — Apple Guideline 5.1.1)

• You may delete your account at any time from within the AstroAyodhya mobile app: Profile → Delete account → Confirm
• Alternatively, email account-deletion@astroayodhya.com — we will process within 30 days
• Once deleted, your kundali, order history, and forecasts CANNOT be recovered
• Financial transaction records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law (GST compliance)
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms

On iOS (Apple App Store)

• All digital content purchases within the iOS App are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase (StoreKit)
• Forecast Reports (₹99–₹499) and Membership subscriptions: Apple IAP — Apple acts as merchant of record
• Manage or cancel subscriptions: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds for Apple IAP purchases: Contact Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com — NOT Laraware
• Exempt from Apple IAP: Physical products (gemstones, rudraksha) and real-world services (Acharya consultations, Puja bookings) may use Razorpay/Stripe

On Android (Google Play Store)

• Digital content (Forecasts, Memberships): Google Play Billing API
• Acharya Consultations and Puja Bookings (real-world services): Razorpay/Stripe
• Physical Shop Products: Razorpay/Stripe
• Manage subscriptions: Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions
• Refunds for Play Store purchases: Contact Google Play support or refund@astroayodhya.com

• AstroAyodhya Membership is an auto-renewing subscription where applicable
• Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account before the renewal date
• To cancel, turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next billing date
• Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period — no mid-period refunds
• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → AstroAyodhya
• Android: Play Store → Profile → Payments → Subscriptions → AstroAyodhya

Pricing (INR, inclusive of applicable GST)

• Monthly Forecast ₹99 | Annual Forecast ₹199 | 3-Year Forecast ₹399 | Premium Forecast ₹499
• Acharya consultation charges vary per Acharya and are listed on their profile page.
• Puja charges vary by puja type, tier, and location — listed on /puja page.
• Shop product prices are as listed on /shop and may change without prior notice.
• Prices may change with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification.

Payment Processing (Website)

• Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and Stripe (international) — both PCI-DSS compliant.
• We do not store your card or UPI credentials on our servers.
• Payment failures: If payment is deducted but service not delivered, contact support@astroayodhya.com within 48 hours.

GST

Applicable GST (18% for digital services, 5% for physical products) will be charged as per Indian tax laws. GST invoices are available in your dashboard under 'My Orders'.

• Forecast reports are AI-assisted and reviewed by our Acharya team before delivery.
• Reports are delivered as PDF within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment.
• Reports are based on the birth data provided by you. Incorrect data leads to incorrect reports.
• Once a forecast PDF has been downloaded or 48 hours have passed from delivery, refund eligibility is limited.

• All Acharyas on our platform are independently verified Brahman practitioners.
• They are independent contractors, not employees of Laraware Private Limited.
• Consultations are conducted via video call. You need a stable internet connection.
• Sessions start and end at scheduled times. Missed sessions due to user absence are not refunded.
• Recordings may be stored for quality assurance for 30 days and then deleted.
• Consultations are advisory in nature. Acharyas do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Users must not share personal financial information (bank details, OTPs) with Acharyas.

• All pujas are performed in Ayodhya at our verified yagnashala by our empanelled Acharyas.
• GPS-tagged video proof and digital certificate are provided for all puja orders.
• Prasad delivery timelines: 7–14 working days within India.
• Puja sankalp (vidhi) requires accurate name, gotra, and prayer intention from the user.
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, religious calendar restrictions, or force majeure events.

• All gemstones, rudraksha, and yantras are sourced from trusted suppliers.
• Where applicable, items are energized (abhishek) by Ayodhya Acharyas.
• Product images are for illustration. Actual items may vary slightly due to natural variations.
• Shipping timelines: 5–10 working days within India; 15–25 working days internationally.
• Products damaged in transit must be reported within 48 hours with photographic evidence.

AstroAyodhya has pledged to contribute 50% of net profits to Laraware Foundation - Ayodhya (NITI Aayog Registered NGO). This is a voluntary pledge by Laraware Private Limited and does not create any legal obligation to users.

Quarterly Foundation contribution reports are published at astroayodhya.com/foundation.

All content on this Platform — including text, graphics, kundali algorithms, AI models, Acharya profiles, brand assets, and code — is the exclusive property of Laraware Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written permission. User-submitted birth data is owned by you; our use is governed by the Privacy Policy.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Platform
• Creating fake accounts or providing false birth information
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Acharyas or other users
• Sharing copyrighted Acharya consultation recordings without permission
• Using the Platform to promote competing services
• Circumventing payment processes
• Generating or uploading harmful, defamatory, or obscene content

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Laraware Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for: (a) decisions made based on astrological predictions; (b) technical failures beyond our control; (c) actions of Acharyas as independent contractors; (d) delivery delays for physical products.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be first attempted to be resolved through mediation at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
• Consumer disputes may also be filed before the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
