By onboarding on AstroAyodhya.com, Acharyas agree to abide by this Code of Conduct. This policy governs professional standards, prohibited behaviour, payout structure, and empanelment terms for all Jyotish practitioners on our platform.

• Acharyas must be practising Brahman Jyotishacharyas with verifiable lineage (kul/gotra documentation).
• Minimum 3 years of active Jyotish practice required.
• Verified Aadhaar ID and bank account required for payouts.
• Gurukul or traditional training certificate preferred.
• Background check may be conducted by the AstroAyodhya team.

• Acharyas must provide consultations in a calm, clean, respectful environment.
• Appropriate attire required during video consultations (traditional or formal).
• All predictions must be based on classical Jyotish principles — no fear-mongering or false assurances.
• Acharyas must clearly state: 'Yeh sambhavna hai, nishchay nahi' (This is a possibility, not certainty).
• Acharyas must NOT predict death, catastrophic illness, or hopeless situations.
• Every negative prediction must be accompanied by an actionable remedy.

• Asking users for personal financial information (bank details, OTP, PIN)
• Performing or promising black magic, vashikaran, removal of curses for fee
• Sharing user's birth data, consultation content, or personal information with third parties
• Requesting personal meetings with users outside the platform
• Sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct of any kind
• Soliciting payment outside the AstroAyodhya platform
• Providing fake certificates or fabricating credentials
• Threatening users with negative predictions to extort money
• Conducting more than 1 session per user per day without platform approval
• Recording or sharing consultation sessions without user consent

• Acharyas reviewing AI-generated forecasts must ensure accuracy of Lagna, Rashi, and Dasha calculations.
• Review must be completed within 2 hours of assignment.
• Personal notes (Acharya observations) must be in respectful, easy language.
• Acharyas may not copy-paste generic content — each review must be specific to the user's chart.
• Reports with significant errors must be flagged for regeneration, not approved.

• Pujas must be performed on the scheduled date unless emergency circumstances prevent it.
• GPS location must be captured at the time of puja — no backdating.
• Puja video must show the actual puja being performed — no pre-recording allowed.
• Saryu jal and authentic samagri must be used as specified in the puja type.
• Sankalp must include the user's correct name and gotra as provided.

• Payouts are processed every Friday for the previous week's activity.
• UPI or bank transfer to verified account only.
• TDS deducted as per Income Tax Act where applicable (Section 194J).

AstroAyodhya reserves the right to terminate an Acharya's empanelment for:

• (a) Violation of any clause in this Code of Conduct
• (b) User complaints exceeding 3 in any 30-day period
• (c) Average rating falling below 3.5/5
• (d) Any legal proceedings against the Acharya

• Terminated Acharyas will receive all pending payouts for completed services.
• Terminated Acharyas may not re-apply for 6 months.

• Acharyas may raise disputes about: payment discrepancies, unfair reviews, or user misconduct.
